The emotion of gripping a pencil between my fingers, while my mind correlates words that I mouth to myself under my breath into words on the blank page of my brown leather journal that lays flat under my hand. My array of thoughts that have existed in my mind are inscribed onto paper with little of a need to be remembered, because they are permanently inked to be recalled by my memory, and embarks as a story in the mind of others.
